Tim and his team at Diablo are consistently wonderful to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I first went to them after a frustrating experience trying to get my 9-year-old Honda minivan to stop stalling out while driving. The Honda dealership tried 3 different times to fix it, charging me for something else every time that did not fix it. They claimed to be stumped and wanted to do some $1000 repair just to see if that would work. I got a recommendation to Diablo from a good friend and Tim diagnosed it over the phone! In person, he verified it and fixed it easily. (It was replacing something about the ignition for under $100 which Tim said was a common issue in older cars). I asked him why the Honda dealership didn’t know this and he was too polite to say! I have trusted Diablo and referred friends for years now. I should have written a review before now.

Tim the owner of the business really care about his customers, keep his word for the time that it takes to fix your car and most of the time your car is fixed sooner than he indicated. Tim is a true Gentelman with integrity and a high work ethic. As the owner of a small business, I really appreciate these qualities which seems to be rare, with some businesses, these days. We've been bringing our family's cars here for over a decade, and we trust Diablo Auto because they're consistently good, and they will work until they get it right without extra charges. We've never felt taken advantage of, and if repair wasn't perfect, they take care of it without trying to charge more. These kind of small businesses are rare. We should support the businesses of quality like this one!
