After several discouraging experiences with the Honda dealership service in both Oakland and Concord, I received a respected referral to Diablo Auto. I made an appointment and brought my Honda Civic to Diablo Automotive for its regular oil service. The experience was very positive and personally pleasant. I was not processed. My car was serviced in a timely manner. Detailed measurements and inspections were printed out for me and recommendations made to me. They recommended a battery replacement in the near future. I had them do it while I was there which did not take much more time. They test drove the vehicle to ensure that all parts were working well. The bill was fair and lower than the dealerships and the treatment was superior to any I'd experienced before.

Tim is great!! I took my vehicle in for a checkup a few months ago a and Tim told me to bring it back in later as it didn't need a checkup! Service is excellent.
