Friendly staff, thorough service, close to BART and the work was done ahead of schedule. I've been getting my work done here for the last three years and have never had a bad experience.The new shop is bigger, very clean and close to dowmtown! So it's easy to run out for errands or food while you wait.Best shop in town.

They kept me informed of everything that needed to be done to my car. They found out it wasn't my brakes but a sensor that was tripping some other warning sensors on my car. They were very good helping me prioritize what needed to be done first and what could wait. I will definitely go back to Diablo in the future.

Car went in for 90,000 mi service and within a few hours called to tell me that I needed additional work and would provide me with a rental car as the car needed to be left overnight. Excellent service, excellent customer relations in providing me with a car and best of all, their mailed discount card I received gave me a $150 credit off my bill.

Just took my Subaru in that needed a new radiator, as it has blown that morning. They were able to get the part and repair it all in the same day. I have used this place for a while now: fortunately, my cars have been very good to me and have not needed much repair, but when they do, I bring them here. The people here are quick, honest, reasonably priced, and all very nice. I am glad to have found them and would not go anywhere else.
