I went in with some problems with my car overheating, fully expecting it would likely be a serious and expensive problem to repair. I lucked out and it wasn't nearly that serious a couple of new hoses and everything checked out ok but the reason for my 5 star review is the professionalism and attention to detail by Tim and his staff. In addition to the repairs, Tim's staff noticed I had a pair of new wiper blades in my back seat I had been meaning to replace my old ones and went ahead and installed them for me, free of charge. Not the biggest deal in the world, but just speaks to their character, stand up guys!

In recent months I noticed what I thought was too much "play" in the steering wheel when making turns or maneuvering from a parking space. Since my Honda is 20+ years old, I figured the wor$$$t. After Diablo Auto thoroughly checked the steering mechanism, fluid levels, tires etc, They discovered everything was fine and charged me a small fee and gave me, peace of mind - Priceless! They have provided me and my Honda with excellent and trustworthy service for almost 8 years, thank you, Tim and staff.
