I took my car here for a “second opinion” after I was told I needed some major work done on my relatively new car by the dealer. As a female who has no interest in cars other than as a means to get me to work safely, I never know when I am being taken advantage of when it comes to cars and repairs. Throughout my interaction with Tim and his company, I was impressed by their good communication and honesty. I paid $75 for a second opinion which could be applied to the repair, should I need one. While I did not end up needing any work done on my car at the moment, they earned my trust, and I will be bringing my car back here in the future whenever I need service.

I found Diablo Auto through a combination of web search and word of mouth back in 2012; my car is now 17 years old and still runs great thanks to Tim and his team. Their work is affordable, on time, on budget, and fast, and Tim has never tried to pressure or up-sell me. I trust Diablo Auto with my car; they do what they say they will when they say they will, for a good price, and their work is always reliable.
