I have been going to DIABLO AUTO for 9 years because the service is excellent. I have never had to return after having my car serviced for a problem that wasn't handled correctly the first time. The prices for services is fair. My car is currently under warranty and I have chosen twice not to be serviced by the dealership where I bought my car but instead by DIABLO auto because of my confidence in their workmanship. I would highly and have recommended DIABLO AUTO to anyone interested quality work.

These guys are the real deal! They are so knowledgeable and all that they do. They take their time to explain every detail and give you every option available. They are amazing at customer service. They really make you feel comfortable and confident that you’re making the right decisions with your vehicle. They know how to take care of a customer very well and are so generous with their time.

Tim and his technicians found a small gasket problem that Ford missed at my last oil change. Now that we’re off the warranty, Diablo Auto Specialists will keep our vehicles running in top condition. Their estimate for the work was spot on. We enjoy taking our Ford Edge on long travel vacations and Tim’s crew keeps the car in great shape.

A very professional, friendly shop with experienced mechanics that doesn’t overcharge (in fact I feel bad paying as little as they charged me, so I’ll be offering more when I pick up my car). Tim is the owner and is extremely helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable. He explains every part of what they’re doing and calls you before changing anything. He doesn’t try to add extra services or rush you to make a decision. I highly recommend this shop for all your regular maintenance and any other servicing.
