Poor experience dealing with their service manager on the phone. Appeared to be bothered I was asking questions about the parts being used and was not very inviting to try and solve my problem. I will not be offering this place my business which is surprising considering their existing reviews.

Excellent and timely service! Easy scheduling and convenient drop off and pick up. Very reasonable rates. This was my first experience with Diablo Auto, they are the go to team for my Macan going forward!!

John took a difficult situation with my sons Toyota truck that had a lot of modifications, lift, huge tires and made everything work. A lot of other shops may have walked away, but he figured it out.

I needed to drive to Southern California on short notice and I needed work done on my 14 Tahoe. I called Jon on Friday and asked if he was able to complete the work the following Monday. It was very last minute but Jon said , Well get it done ! The work was completed and I had a safe trip to SoCal.

I came here for a maintenance for my Honda Civic and the entire experience was great! Smooth drop off overnight. Really efficient service. When it was done I got a notification outlining all the services that were done and results of their findings. I also received an electronic receipt so I can see the cost ahead of time. Price was very reasonable. Quality of their work was also great. I would come back again!
