The last two times I have brought my car in for services (spending several thousand dollars each time), I have had to bring my car back in for them to double check their work. This time they hadn’t completed one of the tasks promised (replacing the tire pressure sensors). I just spent $5200 and was told it included all jobs listed. I’m not giving them another dime to do something they should have already completed.

In reviewing your work order we had not offered tire pressure sensors so that was not included in that price. However I’m willing to work with you and replacing those sensors for you at no cost to you if you’d be willing to give us another shot. Had a tire pressure sensor problem on my 2011 Toyota Rav4. Made an appointment with Jon at Diablo Auto, and when I arrived he already had the parts needed. I thought it would take a few hours to fix the problem, but they had it done in a hour. This is the second time I've had service at Diablo Auto, and they are always friendly and know what they're doing.

Honest Review - Please Shop Around I recommend getting quotes from other shops before coming here. These prices are not far off from dealership maintenance centers such as Walnut Creek Toyota. Here's a breakdown from part of my work order quote: Windshield Wipers Diablo: $50 Do it yourself: Under $20 Brake Fluid System Flush & Disc Brake Pads & Rotors Diablo: $883 Other nearby mechanic: $460 Spark Plugs Diablo: $388 Other nearby mechanic: $170 Four Wheel Alignment Diablo: $200 America's Tire: $90 Price of 2 tire units Diablo: $123 each Walmart: $95 each For a 2011 Honda Accord with a trade-in value around $4,000, I just can’t justify spending a total of $4,500 on repairs.

Poor experience dealing with their service manager on the phone. Appeared to be bothered I was asking questions about the parts being used and was not very inviting to try and solve my problem. I will not be offering this place my business which is surprising considering their existing reviews.
