I made an appointment over the phone. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was ready before closing time. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and fixed the problem all in the same day. The expertise and service were excellent.

I came here for a maintenance for my Honda Civic and the entire experience was great! Smooth drop off overnight. Really efficient service. When it was done I got a notification outlining all the services that were done and results of their findings. I also received an electronic receipt so I can see the cost ahead of time. Price was very reasonable. Quality of their work was also great. I would come back again!

I recommend everyone should bring their vehicle to Diablo Auto Specialist. I have 2013 audi a6 quattro, took it to every auto repair shop, but was never fixed. Diablo Auto specialist fixed my car so good, it run like a new car. The service is the best, customer service is excellent. Thank you for the best ever service.

Excellent, honest mechanic. Diagnosed a front end noise that had eluded 2 previous mechanics (including the one it started with) within 10 minutes. Fixed by tightening a couple of bolts, and it’s like a different vehicle. Excellent folks that I will continue taking my vehicle to.

Paid $200 to get a pre-purchase vehicle inspection for a used car. I was quoted 2 hours to get it done and they were finished in 90 minutes. Other shops were quoting me three hours. I got a text message with a link to a report with pictures of existing issues. And Jon Kearns answered whatever questions I had in a way I could understand and didn't feel silly asking follow up questions.
