Yesterday, I needed new wiper blades. I went over to Napa auto parts or they shockingly told me it would be $64 plus tax. I know I have never paid that before so I gave John a call, who by the way service is my car which is a Honda CRV. He quoted me $40 and said it happened in a few hours and I said I’d be back in the morning and sure enough he called me yesterday late afternoon had them went by today had them put on by him and it was less than $40 with tax. It was $36 and change. Could not have asked for better service.

My friend told me my left brake light was out. I called DAS and he said to come on down, even though it was near closing time. He replaced the light and I was back on the road, legally now, in less than 20 minutes! That is awesome customer service!

I previously gave a 4 star rating after discovering a problem when I picked up my Chev Tahoe. Jon had me bring it back, determined the issue and is in the process of correcting it at Diablo Auto’s expense. I will be bringing in my Jeep for Diablo Auto to work on it as well. I’m upgrading my previous 4 Star to a 5 Star now.

Jon is always accommodating . His excellent customer service is above board. His knowledge and kind attitude make it a pleasure to have our car serviced with him. We also want to acknowledge the technician, Jose, for his excellent service. He consistently does a good job working on the car. We can always tell when our car has been serviced. It drives so smoothly. We have been long time customers and will continue to do so. Thank you Jon and Jose for a job well done!

I took in an Audi Q5 for a pre-purchase inspection. The folks I’ve eat Diablo were friendly and expedient in the inspection. Communication/inspection report from Diablo was thorough and sent in e-form. I recommend this spot.

John is an angel! I am so used to taking my Tesla in and having a part replaced instead of repaired I’d forgotten what it felt like. It was an easy fix for him, but it made my week!! He is my BFF now.
