Made appointment to have our Lexus RX inspected before giving it to our son to make sure it was in tip top shape. Did it on line over a weekend and had a confirmation first thing Monday for the next day. On arrival, Tim had read the appointment request and knew why we were there. Very friendly. Very efficient. Called mid day with a report--all looked good, some minor issues that he didn't think needed attention now. When we picked up the car he gave us the mechanic's written report with all the measurements and read outs. Price was quite reasonable. Again had a nice friendly chat. We were extremely satisfied and have a lot of confidence in his knowledge about Japanese cars.
