Absolutely deplorable service. Ian, the owner yelled at me over the phone when I asked him to explain why my car went into his shop with a small issue and left with a blow head gasket. They had my car for five days and not once called me to let me know what was wrong. I had to call them. I was told it needed a battery replacement only. I was then told an hour later that the head gasket was blown. There is zero possibility of this happening unless they caused the issue. Hayden Claire and Ian are terrible communicators and I would not trust these people with anything important to you.

I have been going to Diablo Auto Specialist for over eight years. There have been some changes in management, but the quality of work has been excellent. I just had my Subaru serviced today. The mechanic was attentive to details and saved me some money with good advice. The manager and front office person were both very friendly and helpful.

Diablos work is always excellent. However, after the retirement of the manager I do not get texts reminding me of my scheduled appointment date nor do I receive a text when my car is ready. I think they should do that again.

The team at Diablo Auto Specialist were very thorough and complete when they diagnosed my 2016 4Runner. Even though I thought the vehicle was okay, they found some leaks in the control arms that had they not been diagnosed, could have been a much more costly event - if not a wheel lock and accident.
