Walked in without calling or scheduling an appointment and was greeted by Ryan. I asked about something they don't normally do and Ryan was quick to research it, printed out the form I needed and was able to complete what I needed right away and get me going. Overall i loved going to Diablo specialist at Walnut Creek. I had my special guy John that was really the BEST! He took care of 3 of my cars always to the best extent. I also referred my two friends that were very happy working with John. I recently discovered that John stopped working with Diablo Specialist. I spent few thousand a year on my car and John always gave me the feeling i am special and that he appreciate our relationship(of course it was mutual) Now i feel that nobody really cared about me or about my relationship with the workshop. I did an examination and got charged so much that i was with tears in my eyes. After i had a previous examination on the same car that was still relevant from few months ago. I won’t go back there anymore that is certain. I will share that their technician force are really good and i love the work they did for me always (-and that is also my friends feedback as well) But for me its just too much.

Robert handled my service needs and took the time to thoroughly explain everything that he found needing service. I was impressed with the inspection that included photos and explanations on areas that the Toyota service departments had been missing. The pricing was much better than Toyota service dept. I feel confident that I am receiving the best service and parts available.
