Great service and communication!!

Diablo Auto Specialists is a very professional outfit with high integrity. Tim, the owner, is very intelligent and knows a multitude of things about all cars and models. I have been going to Diablo Auto Specialists for many years and they always fix the problem the first time. This organization is also very trustworthy and will not overcharge nor find additional erroneous problems that don't exist (unlike many unscrupulous car dealerships). Therefore, I highly recommend Diablo to anyone who has car issues and is fed up with getting ripped off at the dealership. Diablo Auto specializes is all Japanese makes and models although they are also highly proficient at fixing American cars as well. Thank you, Tim!

The gentleman at the front was very helpful and informative. He called and gave me quotes and details of what my car needed prior the doing any repairs and the repairs were completed earlier than I expected!! He was friendly and they were very transparent through the entire experience. I trust them to fix my vehicles in the future.
