The service technician was very friendly, the service was completed well before I needed the car, they gave me a comprehensive understanding of what was wrong with the car and how urgent each issue is with a quote for services. I didn't feel pressured and I felt like the assessment was honest. Will definitely be taking my Subaru back.

Recently moved to Walnut Creek and needed to find a new shop for maintenance. I called several different locations trying to gather information on a brake job for one of our vehicles. Tim was very professional and upfront on the phone and was the only person who actually gave his name when taking my call. I also dealt with Tim when dropping off/picking up my vehicle and he was just as forthcoming and friendly. Diablo Auto Specialists did a great job, for the price quoted, within the time frame stated, and with a smile. Couldn't ask for anything more and I will be utilizing Tim and his shop for any future maintenance while in Walnut Creek.

Honest, efficient, pleasant, trustworthy. Highly recommend. I noticed my clutch starting to slip and was due for an oil change. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and had my car back on Friday! The personal service and persistence in getting all the parts for the repair was key - this would not happen everywhere.

I've been going to this shop for years (at all three locations) and continue to go because of Tim's integrity and excellent customer service. They never push more work than is needed, are always on time, and have a fair price.
