We've been taking both our Japanese cars to Diablo for a long time, more than a decade. The cars were young when we first used this shop. Tim always takes time to carefully explain what he's found and what our options are. He works with us to come up with the best solution, always considering cost and insisting on safety. He does what he says he'll do, when he say he'll do it for the cost quoted (occasionally less). I've never had a reason to complain. My cars, btw, are now 14 and 18 years old and running great.

Great service! Set me up with an easy appointment time and was very thorough with their inspection of my vehicle. After the inspection I was handed a sheet with their remarks on the vehicle and price quotes for each concern that required attention on my vehicle. They were not pushy and allowed me to decide whether or not I wanted to go through with their recommendations. I definitely recommend their service!

I totally trust my car to Diablo Auto. They are always friendly, courteous and know exactly what they are doing. If I drop my car off in the morning and really need it at lunchtime, they will go out of their way to make it happen. Great service!
