We were met by a friendly front office manager. They performed necessary check andctesting quickly and clearlybexplained our options, and had the battery ordered "in case it was needed" and it arrived at the promised time. We were in and out in about 45 minutes or less. All issues were resolved. We would definitely use Diablo Auto Specialists again!
