I find this business to be professional, extremely competent and fair in pricing of services rendered. I currently have the option of having my car serviced by the dealership I bought my car from but I continue to go to DIABLO AUTO because of their reliable and superior service.

They're the antidote to everything that worries you about auto shops! If it were ever possible to give a place more than five stars, it's these guys. The work I needed done was no small task, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Jon is exceptional at what he does!

Timely and great service

Jon’s great, willing to talk me through his thought process before suggesting what course of action to take. He also takes pride in his work; when I had an electrical issue resurface a month after visiting his shop, he resolved the issue free of charge because it was the second visit for the same issue. I also appreciate the inspection reports have photos included.

My 2007 Saturn Vue Hybrid was having issues with, what I thought, was the battery, a few other shops I had already reached out to told me they couldn't help me and didn't know anyone who worked on this particular model. Then, I just happened to reach out to Adams Autoworx on a short list of other places, Bill Adams quickly got back to me and said they were more than happy to take care of my Saturn. Connected me with Jon at Diablo Auto Specialists, who was ready to get me in right away. Had a battery ready and waiting when I arrived, was able to diagnose my battery issues as a faulty/dead starter. Jon made sure to take care in getting the right parts for my "unicorn" of a vehicle, while also getting parts with quality builds made to last, and took care of an out headlight in the process, all at an extremely reasonable price.
