If you're an older woman, like me, you can really appreciate, more than most folks, having an honest mechanic shop & Mgr, who isn't there to rip-off off "little ol' ladies" (& men) just to make more bucks! OR, who doesn't want to explain the whats & whys of work your car needed, or why bill is what it is. I want to trust my mechanic shop & be able to ask questions! NOT get jacked-around, overcharged, etc., & leave feeling dumb! If you care about these things & are tired of "fast-talk"...this is the place to take your car for diagnosis & repair! Speak with Jon ~ he runs it ~ he's nice + patient + honest! My car is 20yrs old & stuff needs repairs ~ they fix what is needed now, not more & will tell you what he saw that could be problem soon...to think about having it done before it breaks, causing real problem. NO hard sell, pushy stuff tho.) A GOOD mechanic, who is also an HONEST & FRIENDLY mechanic... us hard to find! Happy to recommend Diablo Auto Specialists!
