John and Jose were helpful in getting my new wheels installed on my car. They replaced a stripped bolt quickly and priced the alignment/repair fairly.

I brought my girlfriends Volkswagen bug here to diagnose some issues. They were very quick and helpful with their responses. The owner stayed open 30 minutes after they closed for me to pick it up even though I wasn’t having any work done.

What I liked best about Diablo Auto Specialists is they called me back after I left a message to arrange for an appointment. Being more than slightly narcissistic, at times, I hate being ignored and Jon called back right away and was very accommodating and courteous. ONE positive star. Another thing I hate is a messy or dirty facility. Facilities were clean and organized and even offered coffee and water for clients who waited while their car was being worked on. SECOND star checked. When I picked up the car, Jon explained things I wasn’t aware about my old Toyota Sienna that they fixed. THIRD star checked. The cost was very reasonable. FOURTH star checked. Jon is very friendly, a good communicator and obviously very experienced and skilled. FIFTH star checked! Very happy with the entire experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And, a happy narcissist 😉!

I have used Diablo Auto Specialists several times. They are very accommodating when setting up appointments and their work has always been exceptional and completed in the designate time. I highly recommend them!

John was extremely helpful in reviewing other issues with my older car, even though I was there for an oil change. I will be using this company for my future repairs.

Professionalism and integrity are not just words to this company, they are a lifestyle. I started going to this company when I still had a prepaid Nissan Service Plan. Why? I wasn't lied to about the state of my vehicle, making me think I needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Not only did Diablo Auto specialists quote me a price that was less expensive by almost $1000, but they did the work using new parts for my Nissan. The same parts that the dealership tried to upsell me at a more expensive price. If you want your car worked on right with realistic pricing, and people who can explain your car to you without being condescending, you want to go to Diablo Auto Specialists! Too bad there's not a 10 star rating. This company deserves it.

As stated in a previous review, I brought my elderly Jeep in with multiple issues. A thorough inspection was done and with Jon’s guidance, the most critical issues were corrected. I now feel confident that my Jeep still has miles left in her.

Yesterday, I needed new wiper blades. I went over to Napa auto parts or they shockingly told me it would be $64 plus tax. I know I have never paid that before so I gave John a call, who by the way service is my car which is a Honda CRV. He quoted me $40 and said it happened in a few hours and I said I’d be back in the morning and sure enough he called me yesterday late afternoon had them went by today had them put on by him and it was less than $40 with tax. It was $36 and change. Could not have asked for better service.
