Again, Jon and now Jose have come through for me. Even though I always have to GPS to their location (it’s hidden behind Kelly Moore) I never fail to have the best experience. They are both so knowledgeable and caring that you understand what is going on with your car. It is so amazing to have an auto mechanic actually communicates!

Excellent service

Outstanding customer service and communication. New to the area, I needed a shop that my daughter could get her BMW repaired after a blowout on the freeway. We had the car towed to the shop and John, the service manager, helped to get the tires and brakes replaced in less time than expected. He was available to answer questions and provided us a comprehensive and reasonable estimate electronically, so that the only trip my daughter needed to make to the shop was when she picked up her car. Definitely a 5 star 🌟 experience.

John and Jose were helpful in getting my new wheels installed on my car. They replaced a stripped bolt quickly and priced the alignment/repair fairly.

I brought my girlfriends Volkswagen bug here to diagnose some issues. They were very quick and helpful with their responses. The owner stayed open 30 minutes after they closed for me to pick it up even though I wasn’t having any work done.

What I liked best about Diablo Auto Specialists is they called me back after I left a message to arrange for an appointment. Being more than slightly narcissistic, at times, I hate being ignored and Jon called back right away and was very accommodating and courteous. ONE positive star. Another thing I hate is a messy or dirty facility. Facilities were clean and organized and even offered coffee and water for clients who waited while their car was being worked on. SECOND star checked. When I picked up the car, Jon explained things I wasn’t aware about my old Toyota Sienna that they fixed. THIRD star checked. The cost was very reasonable. FOURTH star checked. Jon is very friendly, a good communicator and obviously very experienced and skilled. FIFTH star checked! Very happy with the entire experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And, a happy narcissist 😉!
