My elder mom needed an oil change. She took the van to a different shop got the oil change done and was told she needed a rack and pinion and would be an around 1200. I told her, don’t do it. Let’s get a 2nd opinion because I didn’t think it’s bad. We Had Diablo Auto inspect the van. Very professional, After the inspection you get an estimate on everything they find wrong from something as little as license plate light to something major in the suspension. With a picture showing you and confirming the issues. With us, they found nothing wrong with the rack and pinion, they found cv axle boot worn/cut and seal leaking recommend replacing both for half the cost of the other shop rack and pinion job. They found other minor issues that we’ll take care of them later. Honesty from this shop, we are definitely using this shop moving forward. Didn’t use the finance option but looks like a great option just because everything in automotive is so expensive now.

Great service and drop off day before. The new report via text or email that they send has an interface that explains each repair with photos that should or need to be done. You can call or approve remotely depending on what you choose. They are timely with great customer service. Jon was great. Tim would be proud of the service staying 5 stars. Great service, they explained everything to me perfectly. My car was over heated and Concord Honda told me it was the head gasket and wanted me to pay $5,500 or sell them my car. This did not seem right so I took it to a few other places that did not seem that interested until I found Diablo. They did a great job fixing my water pump. There is nothing wrong with my head gasket. Thank you guys for everything
