Tim is always so friendly and honest about the work that needs to be done. He is good at giving options to solutions and thinking things through to give choices. I feel confident he is not looking for things to do that are unnecessary. He is good about calling when the car is done and ready to be picked up.

Professional, honored my online coupon event after i dropped my truck off. They didn't find the source of my noise, but assured me nothing was wrong. They went above and beyond by lubing my sticky parking brake cable! I had forgot to ask them to look at that, they didn't charge me and I really appreciated it.

Diablo Auto did a fantastic job of repairing my car. The person handling my car called me regularly to keep me updated on the progress of the repair. I was given expert knowledge of the repair assessment. I was provided a detailed rundown on how the issue would be addressed. Once the car was repaired (in less time than estimated), the person took extra time to answer my questions on what I can do post-repair.

This is the finest shop in the area; I've lived here for 35 years and have gone to many others - too bad it took me this long to find them. Tim and his crew's work, experience and knowledge are outstanding. They even convinced me to NOT do a brake line upgrade because of complications to the system, saving me money.
