I can easily give this place a 5 star for assisting me in a professional manner and also getting my car in and out of their lot very quick without any issues. I called them and spoke to Jon and asked him to get me a quote for front brakes and rotors for my BMW 535i. He gave me a quote but asked me to bring my car in to confirm the correct size for the rotors which I did. I also had them perform an pil change as well. The mechanic Jose got the work done quick and my car was ready without any issues. It literally felt like a few minutes from the time that I called Diablo Auto Specialists to the time that i picked up my car. Great work!!! Highly recommend and thank you.

Friendly staff they provided a pre estimate which I was ok with. Post job was as I requested and they provided any future service that I may need. John was awesome with all the questions I asked. Bill so knowledgeable friendly and respectful. I will truly return for future services Thank you

The lady i spoke on the phone with to make my appointment was super friendly and gracious, exceeded only by the man who greeted me upon arrival. They did a great job letting me wait for the service. They went out of their way to take care of me. They are now my shop for all my vehicles.

John and the crew at Diablo auto specialists always take great care of me and my car. Although I’ve had several issues lately, they always get me in in a timely fashion, and look to save me money wherever they possibly can. They also give me the choice of what repairs to make and though I always follow their recommendations, I appreciate the transparency. I also love that they send you video of the issues with the car so you know what’s being done and the impact that it is having.
