Outstanding experience, overall. My mom had an emergency situation where her check engine light went on. I called two other shops and they couldn’t get her in. John fit her in right away and discovered a rat chewed through her entire air filter box. Her car wouldn’t go over 20 miles an hour and it was her only car. he recommended a tow shop and got her in the same day. The next day he texted a very detailed estimate with pictures and followed it up with a phone call Very very easy to understand straight forward, very nice and flexible, very calming when my mom was very upset. Can’t recommend highly enough. He even went out of his way to find a part that was new on eBay instead of paying the dealer four times the amount. He really went above and beyond.

The team was able to work with my situation and gave me multiple options on how to proceed. I was very lucky to have my repairs done by them. My car is able to run better than ever and I’m glad I chose their service.

Just before a vacation I noticed a different motor sound. It turned out to be the oil pump for the timing chain. If it hadn’t been started, not warmed up yet would rattle for a second and then quiet down and be normal. Diablo auto told me importances and how it could get worse. I drove to Redding and got back in promptly put it into their hands.

Very happy with the pre-service consultation and the actual service we received from this stop. Jon was very patient and helpful with me on the phone when I contemplated about my new tires. We found ourselves a new auto service shop we can rely on going forward. Thank you very much.
