Since our repair was estimated to take two to three hours, Jon arranged the morning schedule so my husband and I could wait for the repairs. We were so grateful to Jon. Because of his due diligence, the repairs took less than two hours. His expertise in managing the time constraints were impeccable Jon is extremely knowledgeable. He knows and remembers what repairs need to be done. I didn't remember what he said about my battery and why it needed to be replaced. He remembered the battery issue that was discussed. He deserves credit for recalling issues that occurred a week ago. Jon is kind, easy to talk to and is so mannerly in person and on the phone. His attitude certainly exudes professionalism. Jon is an asset to Diablo Auto Specialists. His caring quality makes it a joy to do business with him. After several discouraging experiences with the Honda dealership service in both Oakland and Concord, I received a respected referral to Diablo Auto. I made an appointment and brought my Honda Civic to Diablo Automotive for its regular oil service. The experience was very positive and personally pleasant. I was not processed. My car was serviced in a timely manner. Detailed measurements and inspections were printed out for me and recommendations made to me. They recommended a battery replacement in the near future. I had them do it while I was there which did not take much more time. They test drove the vehicle to ensure that all parts were working well. The bill was fair and lower than the dealerships and the treatment was superior to any I'd experienced before.

Fast, convenient and hassle-free. So grateful to have found Diablo Auto Specialists, because I truly trust them.
